Cherwell Manor is a three bed roomed, fully air conditioned villa with it's own heated pool. The villa is on a quiet, immaculately landscaped residential community, The community has it's own large swimming pool, flood-lit tennis courts, basket ball court and children's play area that guests are welcome to use. The villa is situated approximately 20 minutes away from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Siesta Keys. Other attractions close by include Bradenton beach, Anna Marie island, Busch Gardens and for those that like a bit more of a thrill ... the Disney Theme and Water parks are 90 minutes away. |

The Pool and LanaiThe lanai is west facing and looks out over a lake filled with wildlife providing wonderful sunsets. The large lanai area is perfect for a nice relaxing day or evening with areas of shade and sun. The 28' x 14' heated pool is perfect for pool games with the children as it has both a shallow and deep end. We also provide a pool safety screen for families with younger children.The whole lanai and pool area is covered with protective mesh screens that allow you to use them without ever having to worry about being annoyed by flies and bugs. |

The BedroomsThe villa has three full sized bedrooms, each with it's own cable TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a large en-suite shower room and separate walk in closet.The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds and built-in closet. The villa's main bathroom is situated between the second and third bedroom |

Main RoomThe main room has a large patio door that looks out over and provides access to the lanai and lake. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large cable TV with a DVD player. The main room also contains a large dining table situated right next to the kitchen serving hatch.As well as the main living/dining room there is a completely separate den. The den has a large TV, DVD player and Sony Playstation II to keep the kids (of all ages!!) entertained. There is also a selection of board games and books to keep the whole family entertained |
